International orders:

Verglas Flame will be shipping internationally. However, due to restrictions, we currently cannot ship to Russia and other countries listed here.

If you would like to purchase a bundle but it's not available to ship to your country, contact us via email for alternative shipping methods such as Surface Mail, DHL, etc.

If you would like to host a GO, due to the limitations of the service provider, group orders can only be sent to the host using EMS, which may cost more than when buying alone. If you would still like to host one, please contact us on twitter @eulamberzine or email us at [email protected]

All orders will come with full tracking. The only exceptions are orders going to Canada as Canada Post will not update after the parcel has left Hong Kong.

While we are shipping to the UK, buyers will be responsible for any added VAT/customs fees that need to be paid. 

 

Updating shipping address:

To update your shipping address, please contact us at [email protected]. Please include your order number as well as the name associated with your order. 

We will also contact all buyers prior to shipping to confirm shipping addresses. 

 

Refund policy:

Refunds can only be requested during preorders. Any refunds requested after the preorder period ends may not be fulfilled.  

To cancel or change your bundle, please contact us before preorders end by emailing us at [email protected]. Please include the order number as well as the name associated with your order. 

While we take care in packing your order so that they remain in good condition, we cannot control any damages that occur while the item is being shipped to you. If you receive damaged or missing goods, please contact us within one month of receiving your order.
